Designed for fast plate changes, these Deadlift Pulling Blocks keep your barbell elevated between sets. Each block features an inverted T-shape, four adjustable height positions (13" - 17.5"), and a 51mm sleeve with locking knob. Weighing 12.5 LB each and taking up only 2" of sleeve space, they’re perfect for deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and floor presses.
Note: Not for dropping. Lower the bar under control after each lift.
